"So I've only been training with you a month and I've already run the fastest half-marathon of my entire glorious running career. I finished the Tom King in a blistering 2:29:12 -- an 11:24 mile pace. Hoo! Thank you for making me run up Love Circle all those times!...I've never even finshed a 5K at a sub 12-minute mile pace. And I did it on a) the longest run I've sone so far year."
