In his words...
The Head of Christiana Presbyterian Church Triple Crown Trail Dog Marathon was a great success. It was a very real trail with four river crossings (knee deep with current); uphill or downhill most of the way; forests; meadows and a thicket with thorns. The rain held off, which may or may not have been good. The temperature got well into the 70s. The trail was well marked and the volunteers were great. We even had new potatoes with salt at two of the aid stations (four times on the double loop course). It was also the church’s annual picnic. In addition to the marathon there was a 5k; 10k; half marathon or you could run all three. It was a great event! 5:18.2860th overall; Top 100 got a coffee mugAll four of our traveling group finished.Delaware is in the books

Technique + Work = Improvement
Mary Garges writes: I can attest to the good running form. Since working with Stephen and really concentrating on my form I have gone from a 10:00 min mile to my fastest ever this morning...8:12!! Two weeks in a row I have done all repeats at or around 8:40 with a couple of 8:17 repeats thrown in. I am working towards a PR at CMM with a sub 2 hour 1/2 marathon.
What a difference a year makes!
