Rick ran this race to celebrate his 50th birthday. It is also notable that he did the JFK 50 Mile Trail Run exactly 2 weeks after completing his first iron distance triathlon at Beach 2 Battleship. Enjoy that off season, Rick!

Congratulations to Hara on a personal best time for the marathon, and a dramatic improvement over her time last year of 4:54. Hara is working her way towards BQ, so we will choose a slightly flatter course for the next marathon.
