1K Swim / 20K Bike / 5K Run

Michael had a bit of unfinished business with this triathlon. He attempted it last year but had to bail during the swim. Since then, M has trained with the STtrainer team and has worked very diligently on his swimming.
The best reason to do a triathlon: Michael completed this race with his daughter who lives in VA.

At age 59, Michael is a serious bad-ass.
