i finally broke the 14 mph barrier on the bike. i had a great ride and really enjoyed it. my run was not great but i'm happy with it. i ran 2 walked 2 for most of the six miles. i have slacked on the running and i know it. next year my goal is to concentrate on running AND biking so that i can be strong and confident in both areas. thank you for all your time and coaching. i never could have accomplished any of this without you!
This is Libby's second Olympic distance tri this year. She is a diligent worker and stays very focused, year round. It is pleasure to have coached Libby for nearly 2 1/2 years now, and I am proud of her accomplishments. These include the Nashville Half Marathon, Memphis in May, and numerous sprint triathlons. (And she looks good in the red argyles, too!)
